The Natural Science Students Visit the Forensic Science Department

On February 27, 2007, students from the Natural Science course have visited the Forensic Science Department at Abu Dhabi Police Headquarters. The students got introduced to the different sections. They visited the Criminal Investigation Section, Forensic Evidence Section, Stations Investigations Section, Drugs Enforcement Section, the Document Examination Section, and the Evidence Section. The students watched a video tape on the multiple tasks which the department is responsible of.

ALHOSN University students celebrates the National Environment Day

The National Environment Day UAE is normally celebrated on the 4th of February each year. The Urban Planning students at ALHOSN University decided to celebrate the occasion by planting a tree at the women's campus and baking a cake! (Special thanks to students, Noor Al Mansouri and Anfal Rashid). The UAE's National Environment Day is a well established event that focuses on the overall environmental concerns of the government, corporate sectors and the general public at large.
