You are kindly requested to respond back within 5 working days from receiving the letter. Once you have accepted the offer, the HR Dept. will be in contact with you for the next step. You are also encouraged to speed up the submission of the documents requested by the HR Dept. An early submission avoids any delay in your visa process.
